What kind of products do you offer?

We offer a wide range of snowboards, skis, bindings, boots and accessories. All our products are carefully selected by experts and sourced from large batches or warehouse clearances, enabling us to offer high-quality products at competitive prices.

What condition are the products in?

We sell both new products as well as demo material and products from warehouse clearances. Each product clearly states its condition. All products are checked, waxed, sharpened and repaired if necessary in our own workshop before shipping.

How do you select your products?

Our team of winter sports experts carefully selects all products. With our background as snowboard instructors and salespeople in large sports stores, we know exactly what to look for. We extensively test new equipment annually.

Do you also have clothing?

Yes, we have an extensive range of winter sports clothing for men, women and children. This includes jackets, pants, midlayers, hoodies, t-shirts and thermal underwear.

Ordering & Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods including iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Bancontact, Klarna (pay later), in3 (pay in 3 installments with 0% interest) and Apple Pay.

How do I use a discount code?

At checkout, you can enter your discount code in the designated field. The discount will be directly applied to your total amount.

Can I order without an account?

Yes, you can order from us without creating an account. However, it is convenient to create an account so you can track your orders and don't have to enter your details every time.

Are the prices including VAT?

Yes, all prices on our website include VAT.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

When you have placed an order, it will be processed the next business day. Packages are shipped on business days via DHL and the delivery time is on average 1 business day within the Netherlands. Around national holidays, delivery time may be slightly longer.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within the Netherlands: €6.95 for packages without snowboard, €13.95 with snowboard (due to length). Shipping to Belgium: €11.25 without snowboard, €15.95 with snowboard. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Is there free shipping?

Yes! Orders over €250 are shipped free of charge.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship throughout Europe. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country. The exact costs are calculated at checkout.

Can I track my package?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code to track your package.

Returns & Exchange

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order unused within 7 days, provided the product is in its original packaging.

How do I return a product?

Contact us via email, phone or WhatsApp to register a return. We will then give you instructions for returning.

When will I get my money back?

You will receive the full amount credited within 5 business days after receipt of the package. If you return only part of your order, you will receive the purchase price of the relevant products credited.
