Shipping
When you have placed an order, it will be processed the next business day. Packages are shipped on business days via DPD and the delivery time is on average 1 business day. Around national holidays (such as New Year's Day, Easter, Ascension Day, Pentecost, King's Day and Christmas) it is possible that the delivery time is slightly longer than usual.
Shipping orders with a delivery address in the Netherlands without snowboard costs €6.95 and with snowboard due to the length €13.95. For shipping orders to Belgium we charge €11.25 for a package without snowboard and €15.95 for a package with snowboard.
Free Shipping
Orders from €250,- are shipped free of charge.
Returns
You have the right to return the order within 14 days without giving a reason. The product must be in the same condition as when received. You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a store, but it must not show signs of use. Return shipping costs are at your expense. You will receive a full refund within 14 days after we receive the returned product, or after you have provided proof of shipment. If you return only part of your order, you will receive the purchase price of the relevant products credited.
