The Ravine, redesigned for the 2025/26 winter season, is designed for adventurous riders who want to carve effortlessly, slash powder, and create lines with a freestyle mindset. Built according to Rome’s new design philosophy: retro-modern shapes with clear sidecuts that perfectly match the camber profile – responsive, predictable, and powerful in one.

🎯 Main features

• Free-the-Ride Camber profile:

  • Rocker in the nose, flat under the front foot and camber to the tail - provides solid edge retention, power float and smooth operation in varying snow.

• Directional Diamond 3D shape with 7.5 mm taper:

  • Wide, rounded nose and narrower tail make the board feel surfy, float naturally in deep powder and initiate turns smoothly.

• Rigid flex (8/10):

  • Enough playfulness for freestyle moves, but powerful and stable at high speeds - an ideal flex range for versatile all-mountain use.

• Pop Core with Carbon HotRods:

  • A core of alternating poplar/paulownia wood for pop and lightweight handling. Carbon HotRods (two in tail) give extra response and stiffness - perfect for high-energy carves and turns.

• Biax/Triax glass layers:

  • Combination of playful flexibility (biax) and torsional rigidity (triax) for immediate response to edge resistance and dynamic handling.
