2025 Salomon Highpath Snowboard

The Highpath is the result of Salomon’s efforts to design a high-performance all-mountain snowboard built with recycled and bio-based materials. With Rock Out Camber and a tapered directional shape, the Highpath is the epitome of all-terrain performance, from the backcountry to the frontside, through side hits and windslips.

CAMBER PROFILE

Rock Out Camber - This profile offers stability with a flat section between your bindings, response with camber near the feet, and pressability with rocker on the tip and tail.

FLEX

Flex Rating - 4/5 (1=Soft, 5=Stiff)

FORM

Tapered Directional - The tail width is slightly tapered (2-20 mm). This facilitates turn deployment and improves floatation in deeper snow without compromising edge grip on hard surfaces.

Quadratic Sidecut - Quadratic sidecuts use 3 or more radii instead of a continuous radial sidecut. The radii are shallower at the ends and deeper in the middle, facilitating the insertion of turns.

KERN

Ghost Green Core - Parts of the Ghost Green Core are selected and designed to optimize pop and reduce weight, while leveraging the durable properties of super-light paulownia wood.

Popster - The profile of the Popster core becomes thinner under the feet and thicker outside your bindings before tapering back at the tip and tail to maximize the natural snap and pop of wood. It feels like your skateboard kicktail is finally connected to your snowboard.

C/FX Basalt - This version of the C/FX superfiber is composed of basalt and fiberglass for strength and a smooth ride.

ABC Wrapper - ABC Wrapper is a patented process that uses structural bamboo veneers to reduce the fiberglass and resin content in each board by 40%.

Biaxial Medium Density Fiberglass - Medium density, European-made fiberglass layers guarantee a consistent level of quality, for light and vibrant boards.

SIDEWALLS

ABS Sidewalls - The molecular structure of ABS can be described as a concrete beam with rubber nuggets inside, providing strength for energy transfer and cushioning properties for impact absorption.

BASIC

50% Recycled Sintered Base - Provides a moderate balance between speed created by a hard surface and good wax retention.

Fine Stone Finish - Fine stone finish helps to go faster in powder or softer snow conditions.

SIDES

All-Mountain Edge Bevel - A 1° edge bevel through the main parts of the sidecut meets a 2° bevel between the feet. This provides the most solid edge grip without problems.
